The Stakes

Your teams have the ideas.
Most never get the reps.

When innovation is squeezed between meetings, deadlines, and daily fires, good ideas stay scattered. Innovation Fitness™ gives teams a practical way to practice, align, and act.

About Craig
Craig Provost holding a hand-drawn 'Yes And / Imagine If' sign

From the Gillette Fusion to your boardroom.

Before running workshops, Craig ran design labs. As a lead designer on the original Gillette Fusion razor at P&G, he helped shape a product that reached millions of customers and generated billions in revenue.

He then spent six years teaching industrial design and innovation at RISD, mentoring hundreds of students in how to think, make, test, and improve.

Today, Craig is the creator of Innovation Fitness™, a practical system that helps leadership teams stop leaving innovation to chance and build stronger habits for customer-centered growth.

"What surprised me is how fast Craig got everyone involved. I think there would be a revolt if I told the group we wouldn't have Craig for the next cycle."
